By accessing or using Narral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Narral is a content automation platform that aggregates content from various sources, uses AI to transform content into social media posts, and publishes to connected platforms on your behalf. The Service requires an account and may include both free and paid features.

3. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or aggregate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, transform, and publish your content as directed by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish any content processed through the Service.

6. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you provide API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, social platforms, etc.), you acknowledge that your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for charges incurred through your own API keys or actions taken by third-party services.

7. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Downgrading may result in loss of features or data capacity
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or missed publications.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NARRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
